There is no shortage of green juice recipes on the internet thats for sure! When making juice at home I like to keep it simple as it can. Some weeks I make the juices all separate so I can mix and match and other weeks I just throw it all in to one! Little trick I learned along the way is when you are juicing something with less output (spinach, kale) put something with more output (apple, cucumber, carrots) with it!

Few easy recipes below! No exact measurements as it does come down to taste and sweetness. More veggie than fruits always a good idea! Great ratio is 70:30 or 75:25

Easy Greeney: Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Lemon, Ginger, and Apple (optional: parsley)

Just Beet it: carrots, apples, beets, option squeeze of lemon or orange (don’t put citrus in your centrifugal juicer)

Tropical Green: cucumber ,pineapple, lemon, seedless grapes, apple, parsley, mint sprig (optional)

Mean Green: kale, spinach, pear, lime, celery, cucumber

What are your favorite combinations?
